Elegant Villa extending over two floors. Quietly located on the promotory of Magazzini it offers wonderful views of the sea and Portoferraio, the capital of Elba.The recently renovated Villa is elegantly furnished with antiques furniture. It can accommodate up to 10 people.
On the ground floor you find a big living space divided in dining room with fire place and living room with piano and TV. The living space offers wonderful views of the garden and the ocean. Also on this floor there is a room with a double bed, another double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher and fridge with freezer.
On the upper floor there are 2 master bedrooms with terrace, ocean view and fireplace, 1 double bedroom with french bed, 2 bathrooms.
Within the exterior you will find 2 furnished dining places, a solarium and a panoramic pool with hydromassage.
Please note that to reach Elba Island, you will have to take a ferry from the mainland.
