This is a spacious 5-bedroom villa located in Quinta do Mar, between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago at just 1km from the beach. It is the last house of the urbanization and as such has no passing by cars. It is decorated tastefully and in a comfortable way with everything you will need for a great family holiday.
In total there are 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 10 beds where a maximum of 12 people can sleep.
On the 1st floor, between the 2 bedrooms there’s a cosy space with a sofa bed that can sleep an extra 2 persons. At ground floor level there’s an extra WC.
The house has a practical fully equipped kitchen with a central island, complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and other indispensable accessories. It also has direct access to the BBQ. The living room is bright with its many windows leading to the outside and has fireplace to make the space more cosy on winter days.
The basement of the house is transformed into a leisure area, with a pool table, a table tennis table and a football table. There’s Wi-Fi broadband internet connection and TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc). An integrated sound system runs throughout the house and can be controlled individually in each room to play local radio stations. The air conditioning is central and provides cold or heat for the whole house except for the basement area which is generally cooler in Summer.
The outside, complete with an artificial waterfall running directly to the pool to provide the looks and the sounds of running water which are quite relaxing.
The swimming pool has approximately 9 x 4.5m and has and additional Jacuzzi fit for 4 persons or more. The pool depths vary from 0,75 m by the stairs up until 1.6 m by the deepest end.
Pool heating can be arranged 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be declined.
There are 10 sun loungers by the pool side and comfortable outdoor table and chairs fit for 12 under a shaded pergola and also a charcoal BBQ to provide the conditions for nice al-fresco dining experiences. A set of outdoor furniture with sofas, chairs and a table completes the picture.
There’s secure parking space for 3 or more cars inside the property. Our guests can also freely use the nearby tennis court that belongs to the urbanization.
